  This realty office is very unprofessional. I called and spoke to their agent, Tanya, about some concerns and questions I had with one of their rental properties. After asking my questions, she became very frustrated and defensive, began yelling at me, and then hung up on me, not once but twice. She conducted herself in a very unprofessional manner and was far from helpful. I'm realizing this agent and/or realty company are one of this area's "slumlord's", and need a class on customer service.
